O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that he was not granted the documents sought for by him in order to prosecute his colleagues, who are instrumental in giving a false sexual harassment complaint against him.

2. Admittedly, the said sexual harassment complaint has been dropped pursuant to the Internal Complaint Committee's report.

3. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the documents sought for by the petitioner have been furnished to him. The details of the documents furnished to the petitioner along with his acknowledgment is also placed on record by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent through the proceedings of the respondent dated 09.08.2024.

4. Since the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved, as the petitioner has received the documents, which were sought for by him, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
