There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.
2. It is also brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the petitioner died on 15.02.2025. He has also placed on record the death certificate of the petitioner, which confirms that the petitioner died on 15.02.2025.
3. However, till date the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner have also not been substituted by filing a substitution petition. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
