ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent has produced a communication dated 06.10.2025, and submits that the amount determined towards backwages was paid to the petitioner. The learned counsel also produced a copy of the cheque issued to the petitioner.

2. In view of the fact that the order passed in the writ petition WP No.10073 of 2023, has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to give copy of the communication dated 06.10.2025, to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today, so as to enable him to challenge the same, for which, liberty was already granted in the order passed in the writ petition.
