ORDER

In compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.08.2025, the respondent conducted a survey. As per the survey report, the rain water canal was constructed in Survey No.129/2, which is classified as Government poramboke land. It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Survey No.129/2, is Sarkar poramboke land and belongs to the Government.

3. Considering that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court dated 22.08.2025, passed in W.P.No. 30651 of 2025, this contempt petition is closed.
