ORDER

Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on

06.11.2025, the Director General of the Directorate of General Health Services (DGHS), was present at the time of hearing through video conferencing mode.

2. The learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 produced the copy of the mail dated 11.11.2025 wherein the petitioner was informed that in compliance of the earlier order passed by this Court, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is offering the petitioner MD (Psychiatry) and one seat is reserved. The learned Additional Solicitor General submitted that allotment letter will be issued to the petitioner, when the round one results are announced.

3. In the light of the above development, this contempt petition is closed.
