Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the detenue namely petitioner's minor son Rithvik (3 age) S/o.Saranraj before this Court and handover his custody to the petitioner.

This petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the detenue namely petitioner's minor son Rithvik (3 age) S/o.Saranraj before this Court and handover his custody to the petitioner.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenue is secured and the minor has been handed over to the petitioner.

3. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in the above habeas corpus petition.

4. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
