The writ petition challenges the Co-operative election conducted for N.C.1226, Guruvarajapettai Handloom Weavers Co-operative Production and Sales Society, Guruvarajapettai, Vellore District. The period of election itself has expired and the Government has taken over the administration through an Administrator. Hence, nothing remains for adjudication in this case.
