Ms.P.Aishwarya, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to return the petitioner's house documents mortgaged with him to the petitioner, by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 14.07.2023 and
27.03.2025.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner availed house construction loan and four wheeler purchaser loan and repaid the entire loan amount and the second respondent vide letter dated 31.03.2003 directed the first respondent to release the house document by sending no objection certificate to release the petitioner's house document. Thereafter the petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking release of his house document, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated
