PRAYER; This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India , to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to settle and disburse to the petitioner 50 percent of the total deposits, dealers margins, and financial entitlements pertaining to the dealership of M/s Sivaraman and Co., Kumbakonam and direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to furnish a complete and certified statement of accounts, daily sales details, deposits, and other financial transactions of the dealership from 10.03.2025 till date, for verification and settlement purposes.
