ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 02.11.2025 and 03.11.2025 to sanction and disburse necessary financial assistance towards travel, accommodation, equipment and related expenses of the five para athletes selected to represent India at the World Ability Sports Games, Nakhon Ratchsima, Thailand, scheduled from 17.11.2025 to 24.11.2025, who are required to depart from Chennai International Airport on

16.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representations within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submitted that already the 3rd respondent has forwarded 27 names to the 5th respondent for participation in Thailand. Accordingly, they have been granted financial assistance to them. If the 3rd respondent will forward the names of the athletes by considering the petitioner's representation, the decision will be taken by the 5th respondent in accordance with law.
