ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission for conducting Minnoli Kabadi competition, scheduled to be conducted from 15.11.2025 to 16.11.2025 in Sevalur Village, Pudukottai Post, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation was considered and rejected, since the permission cannot be granted for conducting the tournament in the place sought for by the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondents would consider the alternative place and they suggested the place called Erichanatham, for which the petitioner is agreeable.

3.In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to pass suitable orders granting permission to conduct the tournament in the place suggested by the respondents and inform the petitioner about the decision taken.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
