2. As seen from the earlier proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioner has been repeatedly seeking adjournments. Even on the last hearing date i.e., on 23.10.2025, when the matter appeared before me, only on the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter was adjourned today and accordingly, this matter is listed today under the caption “for dismissal”. This writ petition is of the year year 2021. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
