The petitioner had applied online for survey of the lands in Survey No.18/8B1. Learned Special Government Pleader has handed over an order dated 31.08.2024 rejecting the petitioner's request for patta. In view thereof, he submits that the request for survey cannot be acted upon at this juncture. By leaving it open to the petitioner to assail the order rejecting the patta and to reapply for a survey in case patta is granted to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
