ORDER
By relying on sale deed dated 26.08.2025 and patta Nos.7476, 7490, 7295 and 7421, the petitioner had applied for the conduct of a survey in respect of the
16 survey numbers in the writ petition.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner is not the pattadar in respect of all 16 survey numbers. Therefore, he states that the pattadhars would be put on notice and objections, if any, considered before taking a decision.
3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to the pattadhars concerned and to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. A speaking order shall be issued within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
