ORDER
By relying on assignment order dated 31.05.2022 and patta No.117, the petitioner had applied for survey of land in Natham S.No.7/91 of the extent of 1 are.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Advocate(crl.side) accepts notice for the 4th respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that an inquiry would be conducted by issuing notice to the petitioner, the private respondents herein and the owners of relevant adjacent lands and objections, if any, from the said persons would be considered.
3. In view of the said submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this writ petition. Instead, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to the petitioner, the private respondents and owners of relevant adjacent lands. Objections, if any, from the said person, shall be considered and a speaking order shall be issued within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
