2.The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that though this Court dismissed the appeal on 07.10.2025, the exact disposal of the case not mentioned in the order. Hence, seeks clarification.

3.On perusal of the order it is seen that the result portion of the order has not been mentioned. Hence, the last line of paragraph No.5 substituted to read as under:

“5. ..... Hence this Court finds no reason to interfere with the findings of the Trial Court and the Criminal Appeal stands dismissed.”
