O R D E R
The present Criminal Revision Case has been filed with the following prayer:
“to call for the records from the learned Trial Court and to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.15 of 2025 in S.C.No.16 of 2024, dated 12.08.2025 on the file of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Eraniel by allowing this Revision”
2.Mr.S.Suresh Kumar, learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner submits that he do not want to press this Criminal Revision Case on the instructions of his client and that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.
4.Accordingly, in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, granted stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
