COMMON ORDER

The parties were referred to Mediation Centre, attached to this Court, in and by which under a Settlement Agreement dated 29.10.2025, the parties have amicably resolved the differences.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has vacated and handed over vacant possession.

3. Recording the said submission, both the civil revision petitions are disposed of. The Settlement Agreement dated 29.10.2025 shall form part of this order. No costs.
