C.V.Karthikeyan, R.Vijayakumar, JJ
Vijaya – Appellant
Versus
The State of Tamil Nadu – Respondent

Advocates:

3. The matter came up before us on 10.11.2025, when we were informed that the respondents had secured the petitioner’s daughter. The boy with whom she had moved away was also produced before this Court, along with his mother. However, the petitioner was not present on that day, and the matter was, therefore, adjourned to today.

4. Today, the petitioner is also present. When the matter was called in the forenoon session, we referred it to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, since we were informed that both families reside in neighbouring Villages and there was no indication of any conflict between them.

5. We have now received the Mediation Report, and we place on record our appreciation for the Mediators, Mr.A.Haja Mohideen and Ms.P.Ka
