All the above writ appeals are arising against the common order passed by the learned single Judge on 05.01.2023.

2.The brief facts which are necessary for disposal of the present writ appeals are that, originally the petitioners were the Non Muster Roll employees. By the proceedings of the third respondent dated 30.06.2006, the petitioners and some other persons were appointed in the post of Junior Assistant cum Typist with effect from 23.02.2006. Admittedly, the said appointment was conditional appointment, and the condition is that, within a period of probation, the appointees has to obtain certificate in typewriting. Since the petitioners did not comply the condition, the third respondent recommended vide their order dated 21.06.2017, to appoint the petitioners in another post qua Conservancy Inspector.

3.While sending the proposal, the third respondent considered the interim order passed by this Court in M.P(MD)No.3 of 2013 in W.P(MD)No.5149 of 2013 dated 03.04.2013.
