This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider petitioners representation dated 27.02.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioners are the Power Agents of the legal heirs of Late.G.Narayanareddy, who was original owner of the subject property. The said property was acquired by the 1st respondent vide Notification dated 10.07.1962 for the industrial purpose and awarded compensation of Rs.48,575.25. However, the said land remained unutilised for more than 50 years. Hence, the Government had resumed 60.23 Acres of vacant land and sold the same to the India cements.
