This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated

09.10.2025 passed by the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

On perusal of the impugned order, it is revealed that it is only notice issued under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act , 1983 to submit his explanation within a period of 15 days. However, the petitioner did not submit any explanation so far. The petitioner raised a ground that it is issued belatedly after seven years from the date of his retirement.

4. On perusal of the records, it is revealed that the entire inspection was conducted and the inspection report was submitted on 03.06.2025. Thereafter, the corrected inspection report was submitted on 26.08.2025. In pursuance of the inspection report, the petitioner was issued with show cause notice. Hence, this Court finds no delay in issuing the show cause notice dated 09.06.2025.

5. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the show cause notice issued by the second respondent. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit his explanat
