2024 dated 20.09.2024 and post the petitioner in a faraway place from the place of occurrence and pot him in a non-sensitive post and dispose the representation within specified time fixed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
