The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to take action against the second respondent for his professional misconduct.
2. According to the petitioner, the second respondent, who has enrolled as an Advocate on 31.07.2025, is facing several criminal proceedings viz., FIR No.191 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment (Prevention) Act, FIR No.251 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) and 323 of IPC and FIR No.260 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(2) of IPC and therefore, seeks for action against the second respondent for his misconduct.
