ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 30.01.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.
2. Heard Mr.M.Mohammed Hamza Ameeri, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.
3. The petitioner is claiming to be the owner of the subject property based on the settlement deed dated 25.11.2011 executed by his father. The further case of the petitioner is that patta originally stood in the name of the petitioner's father in Patta No.602. The grievance of the petitioner is that representations made by the petitioner seeking transfer of patta in his name did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 30.01.2025 based on the communication made by the first respo
