ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 25.08.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.

2. Heard Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate [crl.side] appearing for third respondent.

3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a settlement deed dated 01.06.2023. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the patta issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.20726. The petitioner submitted an application on 25.08.2025 seeking survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 25.08.2025 and conduct survey in th
