ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2025 and to conduct survey in the subject property and demarcate the boundaries and to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.
2. Heard Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] appearing for third respondent.
3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a partition deed dated 09.05.2025 registered as document No.1350 of 2025. The petitioner submitted an application seeking survey of the property and issuance of separate patta in his name. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2025 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accorda
