ORDER

Learned Special Government Pleader points out that the petitioner has challenged the communication to the Government Advocate instead of challenging order dated 01.08.2023. He has handed over order dated

01.08.2023. The said order records that the matter pertains to UDR error.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the District Revenue Officer on 28.01.2025 seeking rectification of the UDR error. The District Revenue Officer is the first respondent herein. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent/District Revenue Officer to consider the petitioner's request for rectification of the alleged UDR error and dispose of the same on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and all the current pattadhars. No costs.
