The court affirmed that the proper procedure for surveying and boundary demarcation should follow established administrative requests within constitutional jurisdictions.

At the last hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that the survey was held on 27.01.2025. The matter was adjourned until today for the production of the survey report and survey sketch. The said documents were submitted in Court today and a copy thereof was provided to learned counsel for the petitioner.
