O R D E R
The petitioner was the sole pattadar in respect of survey No.
967/5B2 of an extent of 8.5 ares and survey No.967/5B7 of an extent of 36 ares. Thereafter, the patta was mutated and stands in the names of three persons, including the petitioner. After submitting a representation seeking deletion of the names of the joint pattadars, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the second respondent would consider the petitioner's request and pass orders on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to all the current pattadars.
3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for cancellation of the joint patta and restoration of the original patta within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to all the current pattadars. No costs.
