O R D E R
The petitioners herein are father and daughter, respectively. By asserting that they are in possession of the land in Survey No.91/4A of an extent of 97 ares, they had applied for grant of an assignment patta. By two separate orders, each dated 08.07.2015, it was decided to subdivide survey Nos.91/4A into 91/6, 91/7 and 91/8 and to grant assignment pattas in respect of 34.50 ares in survey No.91/6 to the first petitioner and 34.50 ares in survey No.91/7 to the second petitioner. This assignment was subject to payment of a sum of ?28,475/- by each petitioner. After recording that the said amounts were paid, an order was issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer on 12.12.2017. The petitioners seek implementation of the said order.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the order would be implemented within eight (8) weeks.
