O R D E R
By relying on a sale deed dated 20.01.2025 and patta No.1750, the petitioner had applied for a survey of lands in survey No.93/1 of the extent of 1 hectare 32.50 ares. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner has paid the requisite fees, but has not submitted an application online along with requisite documents. Subject to the same, he submits that the survey would be conducted.
3. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records relating to the said property. Consequently, a case is made out to initiate action on the petitioner's application. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is no rival title claim.
4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms:
