When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that as an interim stay has been granted in W.A.No.3409 of 2025, the Contempt Petition No.2463 of 2025 itself was closed by order dated 07.11.2025.

2. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Contempt Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
