ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner against the respondents, aggrieved by the non-compliance of the order dated 22.04.2022, passed by this court in W.P.No.39071 of 2016 (batch case).

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has preferred W.A.Nos.76 of 2025 etc.., batch and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has stayed the order of the learned Single Judge, until further orders.

3. Since the hearing of the Writ Appeal may take considerable time, the Contempt Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to file contempt based on the outcome of the Writ Appeal Nos. 76 of 2025 etc., batch. No costs.
