ORDER
This contempt petition is filed by the petitioners against the respondents, aggrieved by the non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.
13040 of 2016 dated 20.07.2023.
2. The first respondent, Dr.R.Thamizh Vendan, and the second respondent, Mr.T.Dakshinmoorthy, Secretary to Government, Agricultural Department are present before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the orders will be complied with once the petitioners contacts the Controller of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, in person.
4. The letter dated 06.11.2025 addressed by the Registrar of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University to the first petitioner is filed.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the respondents have undertaken to pay the amount, the Contempt Petition may be closed.
6. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners, to approach this Court in the event of any grievance regarding non-compliance of the order dated 20.07.2023, in W.P.No.13040 of
2016. No costs.
