ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1^st respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.166 of 2019 on the file of the 1^st respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1^st respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the 1^st respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of one (1) month.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the 1^st respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.166 of 2019 within a period of one month from today.
