This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No.102 of 2025, on the file of the 1st Respondent Police/the Inspector of Police (Crime), K8 Arumbakkam, Police Station, Chennai and quash the same.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, FIR in Crime No.102 of 2025, had been registered, for the offences under Sections 420, 403, 406 & 506 (I) of IPC; after investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No. LTN20230001854C20250072 on

15.10.2025.
