ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.276/2025, on the file of the Inspector of Police, K2, Ayanavaram Police Station, Chennai and quash the same.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, FIR in Crime No. 276 of 2025, had been registered, for the offences under Sections 296 (b), 115 (2), 118 (1) and 351 (3) of BNS and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002; after investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No.LTN20230002193C202500110 on 03.10.2025 before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
