O R D E R
The Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner/plaintiff challenging the B-Diary Order passed by the Trial Court closing the evidence of PW.1 and adjourning the matter for further evidence of plaintiff side, by its order dated 12.08.2025 in O.S.No.10 of 2021.
2. It is seen from the impugned order PW.1 was cross examined by defendants 1 to 5 and the matter was posted for cross examination of PW.1 by 6th defendant. At that stage, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff expressed her disinterest in continuing with trial and the recording the same, the Trial Court closed the evidence of PW.1 and adjourned the matter for examination of other witnesses. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner/plaintiff has come before this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents would submit that they are ready to continue the cross examination of PW.1 on 08.12.2025, next date of hearing.
