The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the Docket Order passed by the Principal District Munsif Court, Tindivanam in I.A.No.226 of

2021 in O.S.No.280 of 2013, dated 17.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by impugned docket order the Trial Court permitted the respondent/1^st defendant to mark a koor chit, which was unregistered and unstamped.

3. A perusal of the impugned docket order would suggest that nowhere in the order dated 17.09.2025, the Trial Court referred about the marking of alleged koor chit. The Trial Court only permitted the 1^st defendant to lead evidence and adjourned the matter to 22.09.2025. The pet
