ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.24,88,803/- for the work executed by it under the name and style of “ ” mk;kh FbePh; jpll; k; .

Mr. A.Arashad Khan for Ms.S.Vanitha Joice Rani, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents reported that on 07.11.2025 that the payment will be made within a period of 12 weeks.

3. As a statement of a counsel, might not be binding on the party entirely, I called upon Mr. A.Arashad Khan to file an undertaking affidavit of the concerned Officer.

4. The Zonal Officer, Zone-12, Greater Chennai Corporation, has filed an undertaking affidavit, which is scanned and extracted hereunder:-

5. As per the affidavit, the Zonal Officer is directed to process and pay and settle the bills of the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from today. The undertaking is recorded.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of undertaking. No costs.
