ORDER
I have given a direction on 04.11.2025 to the respondents to restore the water supply which had been damaged on account of the fault pipeline.
2. when the matter was called today, Mrs.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the fault pipeline has been rectified and water connection has been restored.
3. The instructions given by the Block Development Officer to the Government Pleader is scanned and extracted hereunder:-
4. As the relief sought for by the petitioner has been granted by the respondent themselves, no further orders are necessary. The Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
