In the absence of any legal ground made to challenge the location of construction and establishment of a Microbial Fertilisers Production Unit, in Ward No.26, Thirukovilur Town Panchayat, this court cannot issue any mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner.

2. It is for the petitioner to approach the authorities and seek their indulgence with regard to change of location.

Writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
