ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 30.09.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of the boundaries.
2.Heard Mr.M.R. Jothimanian, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R3 and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for R4.
3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through registered sale deed dated 08.9.2025 registered as Document No.5611 of 2025. The petitioner is also relying upon the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner's vendor. The petitioner submitted an application on 30.09.2025 seeking for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of the boundaries. Since the sane was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 30
