ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 13.10.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for fixing the boundaries.

2.Heard Mr.M.P.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate for R1 & R2 and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R3.

3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of two registered sale deeds dated 19.5.2025 and 11.8.2025. The petitioner submitted an application on 13.10.2025 seeking for the survey of the property after paying the necessary charges. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 13.10.2025 and to conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title documents and this process shall be completed within a period o
