ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 27.09.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries and for issuing sub-division patta to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R3 and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R4.
3.The petitioner is seeking right and title over the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 06.6.2024, registered as Document No.2322/2024.
4.The petitioner submitted an application on 20.8.2024 seeking for the survey of the subject property and for sub-division of the same and for issuance of sub-division patta in the name of the petitioner. Since the same was not considered a representation dated 27.09.2025 was made by the petitioner and the same also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.
