ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner wherein the petitioner is seeking mutation of revenue records in the name of the petitioner as patta land instead of Government tharisu land.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has reached the second respondent and that a proper response will be given by the second respondent to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to respond to the representation given by the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
