ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 15.07.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for marking the boundaries.
2.Heard Mr.K.Kathiresan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a Partition Deed dated 21.03.2014, registered as Document No.2674 of 2014. The petitioner submitted an online application on 15.07.2025 along with necessary charges seeking for survey of the subject property and for marking boundaries. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate direction.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 15.07.2025 and to conduct the survey in the subject property based on the tit
