ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to implement the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 21.10.2024 and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner along with the correct extent with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.K.S.Elangovan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 21.10.2024, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 12.08.2025 and do the needful, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
