No costs.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 24.09.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the issuance of separate patta with respect to the subject property in the name of the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a registered Sale Deeds dated 07.07.2005 and 17.09.2009. The petitioner submitted a representation on 24.09.2025, seeking for issuance of separate patta. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 24.09.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
